Stages of the HOMERS home buying and building process
Buying your dream home from HOMERSis a joyful process. We take care of all the worries so you can focus on what's really important and spend more time with your family, travel, or build your career, while we create the perfect space for your life.
HOMERS houses do not require expensive heavy equipment or special geographical conditions for construction. They are transported in a container and assembled directly on the construction site. The assembly is also suitable for protected areas, because thanks to geo-screws, the installation takes place without damaging the terrain. This allows you to optimize costs and time before the construction is put into operation.
STAGES OF THE HOME BUYING PROCESS
SELECTING A HOMERS HOUSE MODEL
Decide on the house model, interior design and equipment. We will then arrange a visit to your property and assess the installation conditions.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
Once the house model and location are approved, a contract will be signed in two copies.
PAYMENT TERMS
The payment process is divided into three stages:
35% payment before production starts,
35% payment after production is completed – before shipping the house,
30% additional payment after the house is installed on the land.
PRODUCTION
All elements of the house are manufactured in our modern robotized factory. The production time takes 3 months. We pack the finished panels and components into a container and deliver them to your property.
INSTALLATION ON SITE
The assembly of the house takes only 16 to 40 days. The assembly process is environmentally friendly, without the use of heavy machinery, without construction debris and without dust.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
We provide a 10-year warranty on the building structure. Our experts are ready to provide service support within 6 months of the building being put into operation.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
NO RESTRICTIONS ON CHOOSING A LOCATION
Unlike concrete foundations, which must be high and poured taking into account the slope of the terrain, we can choose geoscrews with a longer length, thanks to which even large terrain irregularities will not prevent us from assembling your dream home.
NO CONSTRUCTION WASTE
Prefabricated houses are assembled without extensive construction work, which eliminates the generation of construction waste and dust. This ensures cleanliness on the construction site and minimizes the negative impact on the environment.
