Manufacturing company
Home production HOMERS takes place in a highly automated factory, which minimizes possible errors during work. Prefabrication minimizes waste and increases recycling efficiency, while the reduced need for transportation of materials and labor reduces emissions. The houses are delivered to any location in containers directly from the factory in Veľký Šariš and are assembled according to size within 16 to 40 days.

HOMERS Production s.r.o. hereby publishes the Information Memorandum prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and the Financial Instruments Market Law of the Republic of Latvia in relation to a private placement of 6,00% unsecured, dematerialised Bonds 2025–2030 with a total nominal value of EUR 1 000 000.
The Bonds are offered solely by way of private placement in Latvia to a limited number of qualified investors and are not admitted to trading on any regulated market or multilateral trading facility.
