INNOVATIVE
housing of the future
From dream to reality in just 3 months
Energy class A0
Innovative technical systems for your better home.
Every house HOMERS It is assembled from technologically advanced panels produced in a modern factory with a high level of robotization.
This allows construction in any location, even where a concrete mixer or other heavy equipment cannot reach. If necessary, the house can be completely dismantled and relocated so that no traces of the construction remain on the land.
Folded panel
Galvanized steel frame
Polyurethane foam layer
Thermal barrier made of extruded polystyrene
OSB board
Frame for storing engineering networks
Decorative panel made of laminated chipboard
Key benefits of our design
The eccentric locking system of the panels allows the house to be assembled in just 16-40 days, depending on its size.
Two frames made of galvanized steel completely eliminate the possibility of thermal bridges and freezing of panels due to thermal break.
Polyurethane foam with a thickness of 180 mm ensures compliance with all applicable standards for thermal resistance of buildings and enables significant savings on heating and cooling in the future.
The supporting structure is made of galvanized steel, which is stronger and more durable than wood, does not rot or burn. Another plus is that its structure does not attract insects.
Polyurethane foam insulation is twice as effective in terms of thermal insulation properties as mineral wool or expanded polystyrene. Since it has a closed cell structure, it does not absorb moisture and is almost impervious to vapor. Polyurethane foam is durable, environmentally friendly and does not attract insects or other pests.
Exterior cladding made of galvanized steel with a polymer surface is completely environmentally friendly and does not release any harmful substances. It is easy to clean and wash, does not require special maintenance and is highly resistant to corrosion for up to 25 years.
Green roofs on HOMERS houses help reduce temperatures in cities, retain rainwater and contribute to a better microclimate. Their vegetation layer improves the insulation properties of your house, saving energy for heating and cooling, and in addition, they bring ecological and aesthetic benefits - supporting biodiversity and transforming the urban environment into a more pleasant and healthier place to live.
Thanks to the internal chipboard cladding, there is no need to carry out wet (dirty) work in the house. The process is carried out according to a more classic technology. In case of damage, any element can be replaced and easy access to the house's utilities is still ensured.
Our technical systems combine advanced technologies and reliable solutions that ensure energy efficiency and comfort in your homes. Homes HOMERS they can be completely autonomous.
HEATING AND COOLING
Heating (up to +50°C) and cooling (up to -20°C) are provided by a split-system inverter air conditioning system. A more energy-efficient heat pump solution is optionally available.
ELECTRICITY
HOMERS houses require connection to a three-phase 380 volt electrical power source with a power reserve of at least 5KW.
WATER SUPPLY
The sewer and water supply are installed under the bathroom floor. To prevent freezing, the pipes are insulated and equipped with an electrical resistance wire.
VENTILATION
The house has an autonomous ventilation system with the possibility of recuperation. There is a hood with a non-return valve in the kitchen. To reduce humidity (for example, when drying laundry), you can use the air conditioner in dehumidification mode.
MOISTURE RESISTANCE
Special sealing protects your home from moisture, but also from high and low temperatures.
SEISMIC RESISTANCE
HOMERS houses have higher seismic resistance than classic brick buildings.
CERTIFICATES
All materials are certified and suitable for long-term use in residential buildings.
INSULATION
Modern home insulation Homers corresponds to the thermal insulation of a 45 cm thick brick wall.
Quality certificates
We use only certified and first-class materials that meet the highest standards when building our homes. Our production facilities undergo annual audits to confirm compliance with quality and safety standards.
Houses HOMERS They are certified according to national and international standards, which guarantees their reliability and durability.
This ISO certificate confirms that our Slovak manufacturing facility meets all European quality and safety standards. It reflects our adherence to internationally recognized requirements and confirms our commitment to producing reliable and high-quality products that comply with strict European regulations.
With an A0 rating, you gain confidence that your home is among the most energy-efficient buildings on the market, with minimal energy costs and an emphasis on sustainability.
